About Us

Formerly Ross’s Grove, the property was bought and run by owner, Scott Van Fleet at just 19 years old. A graduate of Luzerne Community College, Scott used his degree in culinary arts to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a menu of fresh, flavorful dishes made on site in the Grove’s kitchen. Scott’s skills have earned him many loyal customers who come back to hold their events at the Grove year after year.

Scott, his daughters and the entire staff at Van Fleet’s have continued their dedication to making the celebrations of each family, couple and organization memorable over the past 40 years.
